Our Vice Chairman held a Winch Appreciation Day on Sunday at The Wright Event, one of our major sponsors, for members keen to learn more about winches and how to use them safely and effectively.
The day began with a quick review of the winches fitted to members' vehicles, followed by a series of practical exercises. Starting with the basics of self-recovery, the team then progressed to recovering another vehicle, putting their knowledge and equipment to the test.
It was a fun and informative day for everyone involved, providing members with valuable practical experience and greater confidence in using their winches safely.
